Received a shipping notification?
Did you order during presale and receive a shipping notification? Don't worry, this is normal! In an effort to ship out orders as quickly and effectively as possible when inventory arrives (due to arrive 11/28/23) we print and pre-package all presale orders. This way, being just a team of 3 people, we are still able to ship your orders out to you on the same day that the inventory arrives. Presale for 2024 products begins Nov. 6, 2023. Presale email notification discounts are valid until Nov. 13th, 2023. UPDATE: Presale orders are estimated to begin shipping out Nov. 28th, 2023. We do not offer refunds for delays on orders that are not within this estimated time frame.
Orders will generally ship in 1-2 business days (excluding presale). These are estimates only and sometimes there are unexpected delays. Please allow extra time to process after busy sale periods and during observed US holidays.
All domestic (US) orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Orders generally arrive in 3-5 business days. Delivery estimates do NOT include processing time. Please note: these are estimates only. We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times.
Delivery time frames for International orders are dependent on how long the parcel takes to clear in customs. This is out of our control.
All taxes and customs charges will be your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on the Country and State of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you. Racin' Grayson is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested or charged during the shipment of your order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective please send photos of the product to email@example.com along with your order number and name and we will replace your item promptly.
Track your Order
Tracking numbers for each order, along with your respective order carrier, can be found in your order shipping confirmation email. If you have misplaced this email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
