  • My address isn't working/accepted? Please make sure you are using the correct link to purchase. US and Canada orders click HERE. All other international orders click HERE
  • When will my order ship? - Most orders will ship within 1-5 business days. 
  • How long will it take to receive my order? - International orders vary depending on destination and selected shipping carrier. Please note, during the holidays shipping times may be extended and there is nothing we can do to expedite orders once the item has left our shop. 
  • Can I get my training log signed/with a customized message? International orders can be signed! Please email rgtraininglogs@gmail.com with your request and order number. Unfortunately all US and Canada orders cannot be signed because I (Grayson) am not personally fulfilling those orders this year. My apologies!
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time.
  • Do you offer a local pickup option?- Yes! Several local pickup locations around the US will be offered for the 2023 edition. Details coming soon!
  • Can I return/refund my order? - If your item is damaged during the shipping process or incomplete, please email rgtraininglogs@gmail.com for a replacement.  Otherwise, returns are not offered at this time. If you are not satisfied with your order, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. ***NOTE: All questions for US and Canada orders from Gone For a Run must be directed to the GFR customer service team. 
  • Do you offer bulk discounts? - Yes! If you would like to purchase an order of 10 or more Training Log + Planners please email rgtraininglogs@gmail.com for wholesale pricing options.
