• When will my order ship? - **IF YOU ORDERED FROM 4/19-4/21 IT WILL BE SHIPPING OUT 4/21 DUE TO RACE ** All other new orders will ship out in 1-4 business days.
  • How long will it take to receive my order? - Domestic (US) orders will take an estimated 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders vary depending on destination and selected shipping carrier. Please note, during the holidays shipping times may be extended and there is nothing we can do to expedite orders once the item has left our shop. 
  • Can I get my training log signed/with a customized message? - Yes! I will do my best to honor all customization/signing requests. Please send an email to rgtraininglogs@gmail.com with your request and order # after you submit your order. 
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time.
  • Do you offer a local pickup option?- Yes! A local pickup is available for those in Bozeman, MT and SLC, UT at the Bozeman Running Company and the Salt Lake Running Company (700 E location) respectively. Complete your order online and just select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Your order will be at the local running store you selected within 1-2 business days and shipping is free! Woohoo!
  • Can I return/refund my order? - If your item is damaged during the shipping process or incomplete, please email rgtraininglogs@gmail.com for a replacement.  Otherwise, returns are not offered at this time. If you are not satisfied with your order, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts? - Yes! If you would like to purchase an order of 10+ Training Log + Planners please email rgtraininglogs@gmail.com for bulk pricing options.
